Q  I would like to rent a bike but do you have locks on the bikes?
-    we have padlocks on all our bikes and we'll show you how to use them too.
Q  I'd like to rent a bike for 24 hours but I have a flight tonight at 8pm, so where do I park the bike? Since you close at 6pm?
- We have 24 hours return service and we will explain to you how it works when you come to pick up the bikes.
Q  Do you have children's bikes?
-    YES, We have children's bicycles and child seats with seat belts.
Q  Do you rent helmets?
-    Yes, we have helmets for our bike tours.

  1.    I would like to extend my rental period. Is this possible? And will I get a discount?
    yes, you can extend your rental and get a 10% discount on the next rental.
  2.   Can I return the bike a few minutes late?
    yes, it is possible to arrive a few minutes late, but no more than 30 minutes, otherwise you pay extra.
    3.    I rented the bike for 24 hours but only used it for 5 hours. Can you refund me half of what I paid?
    we're sorry you weren't able to use the bike for 24 hours. But for this kind of case, we do not make refunds.
    4.    Can we rent electric bikes?
    YES, it is possible to rent electric bikes, but not for less than an hour, and it is important to return them before 6 p.m. on the day of return.
    5.    Do I have to return the bike to the store or do you have a pick-up point at the center?
    At the moment, you'll have to return them to the store only.
    6.    Is it possible to rent a bike at 4pm just for 3 hours when you close at 6pm?
    Yes, it is possible to rent a bike at 4pm just for 3 hours. At the end of your 3 hours, You can park your bike on the bars in front of the store and leave the key at the MOVEMPICK reception desk. We'll collect it the next day.

7.    How much does it cost to rent a bike?
Prices vary according to rental duration. 
6.50 EUR for 1h and 3.50 EUR for children ( 0-12 YEARS)
12.00 EUR FOR and 8.50 EUR for children
16.50 EUR for 24h and 12.00 EUR FOR children
30 EUR for 48H and 21.50 EUR for children
43.50 EUR for 3 days and 28.50 EUR for children
51 EUR for 4 days 
55.50 EUR for 5 day

Question asked by clients: Historical city tour

  1. Is the tour guided?
     Yes, it includes a physical guide.
  2. I can’t come today. Can I get a refund or come another day?
     Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, but we’d be happy to reschedule your booking for another day.
  3.  I might be a little late, can you wait for me?
     We can wait a few minutes for you.
  4. I didn’t bring my earbuds, do we need them?
     No, earbuds are not required for the tour.
  5.  Can we drop our stuff at the shop during the tour?
     Yes, you can leave your belongings with us — we have a small storage room available.
  6.  Is the tour cancelled due to rain?
     No, the tour still takes place in the rain. We can provide ponchos if needed.
  7. Can we take an e-bike for this tour?
     Yes, e-bikes are allowed for the tour. Just let us know in advance so we can accommodate you accordingly.    
  8. Can we borrow a helmet during this tour?
    Yes, helmets are available to borrow,  just ask us before the tour starts.
  9. Could you please tell us if he could take part at the tour using a wheelchair hand bike?
    Unfortunately, we do not have hand bikes available for this tour. However, if the customer has their own handbike and would like to join using it, participation is possible—provided they are able to keep up with the pace of the group.
  10. I'm going to arrive a few minutes late, can the guide wait for me?
    No, we're sorry, the guide can't wait for you as this is a group tour and we can't keep other customers waiting. you can't join him either as you won't know where to find him and this will delay the group. But you can still enjoy your visit. We can reschedule your visit according to our available schedule and of course with your confirmation.

 

Question asked by clients:  Self guided and countryside 

 

    1.    Can we leave our belongings in your store during the self-guided tour ?
    •    Yes, of course you can leave your belongings with us, we'll keep them for you and you'll get them back when you return.


    2.    My flight was cancelled/delayed, I'm not sure I'll be able to make the tour, so will I be able to get a refund ?
    •    I'm sorry but we don't do refunds, but you can come back tomorrow at the same time.

    •    Yes, of course you can come back tomorrow at the same time.


    4.    Hello, will we be accompanied by a guide ? Is a lunch break planned ?
    •    If you have taken “self guided”, this means that there will be no guide, but you will be guided by our application. Otherwise, if you have chosen a “guided tour”, this means that there will be a guide. And no, there's no real break for lunch, but there are refreshment points.


    5.    I'm going to be late, I'm sorry, can the guide wait for us ?
    •    Yes, the guide can wait for you a little while, about 10 minutes maximum.


    6.    At what time can I bring back the bike ?
    Bikes must be returned before 6 p.m. as the store is closed.


    7.    I have a reservation, but the weather is rainy. How do I make it ?
    •    We can give you a poncho to do it, or you can come back tomorrow at the same time.
